Job Description:
My client is looking for a talented and ambitious Campaign Manager to join their growing team in Toronto.
Reporting to the Manager, Ad Operations, the Campaign Managers are responsible for overseeing day-to-day post-sale campaign activity for all clients within their assigned territory. You will be a detail oriented and a strategic thinker, helping to ensure sold campaigns deliver in full to client satisfaction. Also work with clients at world-class media agencies and alongside our internal Account Managers to ensure deep understanding of campaign performance metrics, and educating them on campaign results to share with clients.
You will collaborate with a group of quick witted, humorous, and extremely dedicated co-workers and clients who are all passionate about digital media.

Skills & Qualifications:
-Experience managing online ad campaigns, including display, video, social and mobile
-Knowledge of programmatic is a plus, especially the DSP / SSP ecosystem and how Deal IDs work
-Experience with third party ad tags, conversion tracking pixels, floodlighting, piggybacking and reporting
-Experience at or with a S/DSP (Supply/Demand Side Platform) or DMP (Data Management Platform)
-Experience with Appnexus, DART/DFA, Eyereturn, Sizmek and/or Atlas ad serving technology
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to prepare clear and concise client-ready documents
-Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and especially Excel
-Familiarity with comScore, Google Analytics and other leading ad tracking platforms
-Post Secondary education, in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field preferred
-Minimum of 2 years prior experience within online marketing or digital media industry
-A passion and comprehensive knowledge of the digital landscape and major players in the marketplace
-Strong analytical skills, particularly in developing and leveraging web usage and user data
-Extensive knowledge of digital, internet, publishing, and technology trends
-Proven ability to work within a fast paced, deadline driven environment
-Strong quantitative skills with proven ability to demonstrate data interpretation capabilities
-Ability to travel as required (minimal)
-A passion for digital marketing
Primary Responsibilities:
-Manage the day-to-day campaigns to ensure proper pacing and agreed upon KPI’s are met.
-Partner with internal teams and manage relationships with Account Management and Sales Executives to ensure full collaboration and successful execution of all campaigns
-Gather necessary intelligence to accurately forecast revenue and deliver required profit margins for all campaigns
-Manage day to day relationships with ad ops counterparts at publishing partners
-Track and report upon available ad impressions by ad unit by publisher
-Coordinate and conduct all communication, campaign strategy and setup
-Develop and deliver effective campaign optimization recommendations and strategies
-Supervise insertion order process to ensure adherence to posted terms and conditions
-Responsive in a timely manner to shifts in strategy and campaign budget allocations
-Responsible for mid-campaign & post-campaign reports within your team and all revenue generated from your clients and agencies
