My client is looking for a Back-End Web Engineer to work on cross platform rich media audience engagement advertising technology. It enables brands to engage users within banners by integrating many functionalities and components.
You will collaborate with a group of quick witted, humorous, and extremely dedicated co-workers and clients who are all passionate about digital media. The work environment is inviting. Skills & Qualifications:
-Experience developing in Go Lang – even if you’ve only built small projects, but have a passion for it, we want to hear from you.
-Experience with various data stores, such as MySQL, Redis, Memcached and / or Cassandra
-Experience working in a cloud environment such as Amazon Web Services (AWS)
-Experience with Linux, NGINX and PHP is an asset.
-Passion for software engineering best practices (e.g. unit testing, code reviews, simplicity, etc.)

Primary Responsibilities:
-Designing, building and maintaining large scale distributed systems serving millions of users per day
-Writing new microservices in Go (Golang) with database and caching systems support
-Ensuring strong security compliance across all source codes
-Improving reliability and performance of core components with emphasis on low server footprint and fast execution time
-Working with Front-End team to develop API endpoints for new features
-Identifying and solving tough problems quickly
-Shipping new production systems quickly and iteratively
